Key Signature Weddings is looking for a relationship-driven, sales-minded professional to help couples find the right live entertainment for their wedding day.

Wedding Entertainment Sales Specialist

This is primarily an office-based sales and client-relations role. Most of the work happens before the wedding through phone calls, email, consultations, follow-up, proposals, and helping couples choose entertainment that fits their vision, style, and budget.

What You’ll Do

Respond to wedding inquiries, learn what couples are looking for, recommend entertainment options, prepare proposals, follow up consistently, communicate with artists, and help move opportunities from the first conversation to a confirmed booking.

New team members are expected to spend meaningful time working from our Charlotte office while learning the role. Remote or hybrid flexibility may be possible later once someone is fully integrated and able to manage their responsibilities independently.
